Methodology
Multiples are calculated from closed-transaction data, expressed as a multiple of Seller's Discretionary Earnings (SDE) for owner-operated businesses and EBITDA for manager-run businesses. Every figure carries its source and as-of date. Where verified ExitToBuy comps are not yet available, figures are marked illustrative and are excluded from search indexing until confirmed by real transactions.
